Shipping policy

We ship across the United States and take great care in delivering your products to you.

Shipping Time: Once your order is dispatched, it typically takes 5-8 business days to arrive, depending on your delivery location.

Shipping Charges: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order:

Orders up to 5 lbs: $4.90

Orders 5-70 lbs: $19.90

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from our facility in Zionsville, Indiana, before being handed over to the carrier.

Shipment Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking ID and link. This will show the estimated delivery date and current shipping status of your order.

Delivery Delays: While we strive to meet the estimated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

International Shipping: At this time, we currently only ship within the United States. We hope to expand internationally soon — stay tuned!
